- 1 tspcaraway seeds
- 4 clovesgarlic, minced
- 2 leavesbay leaves

Instructions

Heat oil in large pot and brown beef chunks in batches.

Remove beef and sauté onions until golden, about 8 minutes.

Add paprika and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Return beef, add garlic, tomato paste, and caraway seeds.

Add stock, bay leaves, salt, and pepper. Bring to boil.

Simmer covered 1 hour until beef starts to tenderize.
